Item Unavailability and Delayed Order
If an item in your order is found to be unavailable or out of stock after you place your order, it will be placed on a delayed shipping schedule and we will notify you by email. Your order will then be kept on hold for 4 calendar days so you can decide whether you wish to proceed or cancel.
During this 4-day period, we will send daily reminder emails about your order status. These reminders are informational only and no action is required if you wish to continue with your order.
If you choose to continue, you can simply ignore reminder emails. Your order will automatically move forward based on the updated estimated dispatch date.
If you wish to cancel within the 4-day period, you are required to contact our Customer Support team to request cancellation through our official support channels. Your order will be cancelled at no cost and any payments collected will be fully refunded.
If you request to cancel after the 4-day period has passed, your order may be subject to a restocking fee in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
